In the interest of the health and safety of all our guests smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building. Anyone found smoking will be asked to refrain from doing so. Refusal to stop smoking may result in the offender being asked to leave without refund.
Takeaway food is not permitted in the bedrooms.
The accommodation and facilities shall only be used by the persons named on the booking form. The person making the booking must be over 18. Guests are not allowed to bring visitors into the Guesthouse without the prior permission of the proprietors.
For the comfort and consideration of our neighbours and other guests noise levels should be kept to a reasonable level at all times, particularly when entering and leaving the premises.
The proprietors reserve the right to refuse entry to any person. Any person causing disruption to other guests, or behaving in such a way that a breach of the peace is likely or any safety issue is compromised will be asked to leave immediately. No refunds will be given for any stay cut short in these circumstances.
Single sex groups catered for only by direct arrangement with the proprietors. Groups ignoring this requirement will be refused admission and any deposit paid will be forfeit.
The proprietors will not be liable to any persons for personal injury or loss or damage to property including motor vehicles and contents.
Guests are responsible for any breakages, loss or damage to accommodation or premises, its fixtures or fittings, and any such damages must be paid for before check out.
To avoid any risk of fire guests are not permitted to use electric blankets, irons or candles in bedrooms. Guests wishing to use an iron must use the one which will be provided on request.
In the interest of safety children must not play in the halls and stairways.
We regret we are unable to accept any animals as other guests may be allergic to them. This condition may be waived for assistance dogs. Please contact us to discuss this.
For environmental reasons guests are asked to turn off lights, electrical sockets and televisions when not in use; and when making drinks boil only sufficient water for the purpose.
To Reserve Accommodation
Telephone and Postal Bookings: One or two night stays must be paid in full when booking. For longer stays a deposit equal to two nights stay is required.
All accounts to be settled on arrival by cash, debit/credit card.
Arrivals and Departures
Check in from 2:30 pm. Please advise anticipated time of arrival. Luggage may be left with us before the room is available.
Last check-in 10:00 pm except by prior arrangement.
Check out 10:30am on the day of departure.
Cancellations and Refunds
28 days notice is required to cancel a booking. A full refund will be given less an administration charge of £10
In the event of less than 28 days notice of cancellation, we will retain full payment unless the accommodation can be rebooked.
If we have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances a full refund will be given.
Suppliers must not accept orders for supply of goods/services to any address other than the address shown below which is our only place of business
